Here's my version of a topsy turvy cake. Not crazy about it since I used the wrong pan size for the middle tier and it's not drastic enough. Ohwell, better luck next time. I used 10", 9" (s/b 8") and 6" rounds covered in bc. Thanks for looking. ;-)
