Thanks for the complement. This particular presentation wasn't that long but my whole gingerbread presentation which included a few more projects took a week, and many hours each day. This one is my favorite and I had most fun making it. I iced all the cookies with royal icing and decorated with candies. After icing I set the gingerbread figures in a tray which was covered with chopped almonds to imitate the hay on the manger floor and I used whole walnuts as rocks in the background.
