I made these for the doctors and nurses that have been taking care of my Dad this last month in the hospital. They were very much appreciated and all where gone when we left, though most took one to take home . Cookies are sugar with RI. Some have sanding sugar accents and the angels in the bottom have luster dust on their wings.
