I loved this cake that other CC'ers have made and decided this would be a great Christmas treat for my co-workers. So here is my try at it. Chocolate cake with BC choc icing, covered in pirouette cookies and topped with choc dipped strawberries. I would like to make this cake again, but try ganache instead of choc icing.
