luortiz:la punta que use es la de la estrella regular #21. Cakedecor: just practice and a lot of practice. I have my good days and my bad. Sometimes I use the papertowell method, but not too often.
Your butter cream is very smooth and professional looking. Roses and handwriting are perfect too. Another fabulous job!
