I saw a couple of pics of castle cake on CC and always wanted to try one, so what better time than my daughters 5th birthday. the bottom cake is 10" and then a 6", covered in fondant with royal icing ivy and roses. the towers are fondant covered kitchen towel tubes and the turrets are fondant covered ice cream cones dusted in edible glitter and the balloons are fondant on wires.
