Historic Gingerbread House
This gingerbread house is a replica of the house that is home to our local Historical Society. My husband and I made it over the weekend and the last two evenings. We presented it to them last night at their potluck. They were thrilled. It's not really decorated for Christmas but I didn't know what other album to put it in. This is only the second gingerbread house I've made. The upper and lower roof sections are fondant covered cardboard and are removable. The window "eyebrows" are molded chocolates.
