you did a beautiful job on those truffles. I make the candy truffles, but never tried the cake.

Thanks so much. Yes, I dip them in Ghirardelli dipping chocolate. I buy the 2.5 lb. bars at Sam's Club for $6.50. The chocolate is called Double Chocolate and the white is just White Chocolate.

These look WONDERFUL!! I want to try to make some cake balls but when it comes to mixing the scrap cakes with different flavors (experimenting) I am kinda clueless. Can I get some of your above recipes?
