Nurses Graduation

These cookies were made for the capping ceremony for some nurses that went to Guatamala with Doctors Without Borders. Handcut (as I couldn't find a cutter that was head and cap only on short notice) with royal icing.

Fabulous...says the woman who has 3 sisters and 2 nieces who are nurses! These would be great for Nurses Day!
