50Th Anniversary

10" and 12" square, iced in BC. The bows are MMF/gumpaste and the ribbon is MMF and then airbrushed. I used an impression mat for the quilting... what a time saver!!!! Gold dragees.

hi Your cake is beautiful just wondering do you use the impression mat when your fondant is already on the cake or before and then add to the cake let me know and also by the way where did u buy your impression mat I just love it and am trying to get my hands on one here but I can't seem to find one Thanks in advance..

I did use an impression mat, but this cake was iced with BC. You just have to make sure the BC has crusted well and that the mat is dusted with cornstarch every time you put it on the icing. I got mine through Country Kitchen. Worth every penny!!
