I mad this cake for a friend's bridal shower. It's two layer 12x18 inch Devilâs food cake carved to look like a Cosmopolitan. It is decorated and filled with butter roux icing. Pink-tinted piping gel was used for the liquid. The cake truffles were made with amaretto coffee cream and butter roux icing, dipped in pink-tinted milk chocolate and topped with a piece of licorice to resemble a cherry.
