I actually used a 1/2 sheet cake (11X14) to do this cake. I cut the cake into thirds the long way, then staked 2 and then cut the third into the head legs, tail and nose. Then rounded edges, used a grass tip on head, face and legs and 18 or 21 in rosettes for body (to try to make curly hair) and a 5 for strands for the tail.
