This cake was for my daughter's 6th birthday. We took her whole class out on a real swamp tour. The cake was made using the largest oval pan from Wilton for the body and the next smaller size for the head. I also used an 8" round for the legs. The fins on its back are from choc candy melts and the toes are tootsie rolls. This cake was a lot of fun, especially when I saw the reaction from her classmates.
