I had a special request for a birthday cake with a balance beam on it with both chocolate and vanilla cake. It is fun to be creative. So, the bottom layer is chocolate and the top layer is vanilla with buttercream icing. The icing between the 2 layers is chocolate buttercream and the little girls and balance beam are all made from fondant.
