Sking Wedding
This cake combined two key factors, the top layer was a white cake made primarily with rice & potato flour for the brides allergies. The bottom layer was a white chocolate with custard filling. The decorations were made of a combination of buttercream icing, sugar paste, and piping jelly. The theme was chosen by the bride and groom as they are avid sports enthusists.
