Denise, are the ribbons and bows real ribbon or gumpaste. Just so happen a co-worker of mine is getting married in April. The cake she wants in identical to yours except square. I guess it's not identical if they are not the same shape. She saw the cake in the Weddings in Houston magazine, which I showed to her. How many did it feed? I figured about 280 with square pans and about 220 with round. Does that seem about right? Thanks
