This was for a girl turning 16 that is on the school cross country team and just joined the swim team. Talk about a difficult cake!!! Anyways, cake is choc w/ strawberry cheesecake mousse filling and covered in CBC then airbrushed. Girl's are fondant/ gumpaste.
