This cake was created for a Red Hat Society "Reduation". A very special celebration commemorating a member turning 50 years old, and shedding her pink hat and lavender clothing, and graduating to a red hat and purple clothing.

I actually used red candy clay. Just as easy to work with as fondant....I used a clay extruder for the underwire and straps, and a lace mold to do the rest of it. LOTS OF FUN!!!
