My "practice cake" - first try on marshmallow icing (a basic meringue with melted marshmallow added). It tasted wonderful and for extra flavour I added a drop of rose water. Bought new cutters and HAD TO practice the gerbera daisy (life size), tiny fairy (if she could stand the size of my thumb) and my new flower shape cake tin.
