prettysweet, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you! heeee! lol I couldn't resist. No, not ganache. I make my chocolate drizzles with semi sweet morsels melted with just a tad of shortening to get the consistency I want. drizzle them from a plastic decorator bag with end snipped off. very easy
