This is a cake that was done for my girlfriend's mom. It is her 60th birthday and also her 38 years of retirement from 6th-8th grade English/Literature. So this is what we came up w/. Green is her favorite color and I added some books on top to represent her teaching w/ an apple. On the side of the books I titled the books Tom Sawyer and To kill a Mockingbird. Two popular books that were read by her students. I was inspired by many on this site. It was fun to do.
