Wonderful work. How do you do it ...12 wedding in one week? You must have a shop w/employees.
I work at a shop...but weddings are all finished by me..I have a girl that helps me with torte and filling and coating tha cakes :oops:

It is a fantastic work of art! I would love to know how to do the grape clusters? I know how to make a ball of fondant go from that point LOL.
lol..is easy..after you do the balls..loop the wire and insert in the balls..Mske enough of them to make a cluster and when they dried put together with a florist tape..Add some leaves and presto!... :D
