Helmet- Hs Football
11x15 sheet cake-1/2 choc sour cream w/ choc fudge filling, 1/2 WASC w/ vanilla almond SMBC. Helmet from 6"sports ball pan- carved in front. Face guard wire covered w/ RI. Originally made face guard made of gumpaste/fondant but had MANY problems w/ breakage and support, so went with non-edible!
Awesome job on the whole cake!! I like the design you put on the sides. I haven't seen that one before.
