This cake frosted with buttercream stood up in 88 degree heat for 3 hours just fine. The MOB didn't want to pay my price for a groom's cake and bought 2 from Costco or grocery store. The frosting fell off of both. OOPS!

this cake is beautiful. I love the color combination of the flowers. And about those grooms cakes....I guess you really do get what you pay for. What a hard lesson for the MOB to learn.
