This was a yummy mild pumpkin spice cake made as two bundt cakes, then trimmed and put together. I covered it with an icing/glaze made of butter, powdered sugar, and pumpkin pie spice coffee creamer. The stem is an ice cream cone dipped in chocolate ganache, and the leaves are silk. I made it for a charity auction at my son's school and I wanted to buy it myself! I couldn't have afforded it, though. It was the highest priced cake in the silent auction! :)
