Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake with espresso amaretto ganache filling. Made for Secretary's Day at my mom's office (my old High School). Luster Dust painted fondant bottom tiers topped with buttercream round tier and chocolate molded letters
That was easy! Or was it. Very cool. I'm sure they loved it.
It was really easy, and my first attempt to use fondant. they said it was great! :D
