Pink Fowers
This is my not so good try at Antonia76's cake. I thought is was so cute, so I tried to do one similar. My fondant was too dry, so it did not smooth well at the bottom. I put a nice hole on one side so I add the rolled flowers at the bottom. I also learned that seeing your cakes in a picture show some flaws that I did not notice when I was doing it. The border is too big, so it looks unbalanced. But this was just a practice cake so I learned a lot! Sorry this is a long discription.
I love it.. You did a fantastic job. I was looking at Antonias cake too and was thinking of trying it but it was intimidating. Maybe now I will give it a try.. You did a wonderful job!
I think your fondant looks very smooth. Take it easy on yourself. I really like it.

I think it's fantastic! The clusters of roses at the base are great and the little leaves you added to the flowers are the perfect touch!
