This was for a 40th birthday party. She and her daughter own horses and they show "Miss Schnooks" , their show horse, so I did a gumpaste replica of their show horse on the cake. Her favorite color is purple so I airbrushed the cake a light lavender and put a top coat of pearl dust for that extra shimmer! The horseshoe and belt buckle are also gumpaste.
