This is my first attempt at a doll cake. It is a sponge cake with a sugarpaste covering. my daughter loves Disney princesses and gave me Ariel to dress, the only problem though, Ariel is not a full size doll and she sank into the cake a bit. The flowers are sugarpaste also.
