Here is my 3rd doll cake. I am having so much fun with these! This one was for my friend that loves Hawaii and is a surfer. The grass skirt and straps of the top are buttercream. Cocunuts are chocolate buttercream and the lei is a fondant rope that I covered with buttercream stars. I made the surfboard name plaque out of white chocolate and wrote her name in buttercream.
