Scallop And Round With Roses on Cake Central

Just did this today for a friend's daughter. It's like the one in Wilton's wedding book; however, the bride wanted Pastry Pride instead of fondant. With running short on time, and my lack of gumpaste ability, I ordered the roses from Cakes by Sam and made the white leaves myself. The cake is yellow with raspberry filling, covered with Pastry Pride, detailing in buttercream.

Pastry Pride is a nondairy whipped topping you purchase as a frozen liquid at places like Smart and Final. You just thaw out the liquid then whip it like whipping cream.
