Made for a 70 year old lady who is/was heavily involved with horses. Apparently she once won the Supreme Horse of the Year award so the family wanted this theme incorporated into the cake, but with 'mother' instead of horse! BC with fondant horse/ribbon etc. Would usually use all fondant but I had to improvise since I have a broken left hand!
