Jules- The second tier is covered with brown tinted fondant, the dots are chocolate decorators icing and the daisies are Gerber Daisies and yes they are real. iluvcakes- I used Wilton Brown... a LOT of Wilton Brown with a touch of red. grama_j- Nope. This is a dummy for a bridal show. I do dummies a lot as cheesecake is too heavy to stack. But the top layer is often cheesecake OR we can do a section in the bottom layer that is cheesecake for cutting.
