3 tier - carrot, chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache and white chocolate mousse with vanilla sponge, all iced in marscarpone cream and covered in chocolate cigarillo's - and no I did not make them myself as I ran out of time so had to buy them in. I was very disappointed with the flowers that the florist did for the cake and think that they do not sd the cake justice. I was happy with the construction and composition of the cake and it was as steady as a rock, even during transport.
