the customer brought me a picture of a cake that was her parent's wedding cake 53 years ago. Both parents have died within the last 5 years. The customer was NOT the bride (who was her sister) and told the bride she was taking care of the cake. When I delivered it the woman just cried and cried and kept hugging me. It was so sweet. Honestly, the cake was not very attractive (to me at least) but it was so sweet because it just meant so much to them to have that.
