Swirl wedding cake
The wedding and cake are to be featured in a local magazine in Nashville. It is fashioned after Sophie Bush's 25 birthday cake (the bride changed her mind three times before deciding on this one) except it is 3 tiers and sage not blue. The bride wanted sage color, caramel cake and caramel icing. It is all buttercream except the bow. Took a long time to make all the swirls.
