FOR THE BEAR I JUST USED THE MINI STAND UP BEAR PAN AND ICED HIM IN WHITE BUTTERCREAM. I STUCK A DOWEL ROD DOWN THROUGH HIM AND INTO THE CAKE SO HE WOULDN'T FALL OVER.

I use a thing that someone gave me from pampered chef. i really don't know what it is called. it works pretty well for smoothing out icing though. i will try to find out what it is called.
