Pink Roses
This is the first cake I ever made. I was so proud and learnt that before assembling more than one tier, the tiers should be placed side by side prior to cutting excess cake off, to ensure stacked tiers have the same height. Apart from the obvious, I loved making the roses and their vibrant pink colour.
