This is the top of a cake I made for my mom's birthday. (I cannot recall the book that I used for this design.) It is ganache, with royal icing flowers and buttercream scrolls and vines. The side was covered with white chocolate shavings.

I don't use BC - but that looks very pretty, would have looked very nice on your mum's cake.

Hi Jopalis - Well, it is SUPPOSED to be reverse shells. It was one of my first times ever doing that technique (from looking at a photo). :P
