Made this chocolate boxing glove cake for a co-worker's Puerto Rican friend who really likes boxing. The icing on the glove is buttercream, and I had to put it on so thick because of the chocolate crumbs that the shape is not as definite as it was when I first cut it out. The flag is gumpaste because I had some on hand, and I painted it which you can see from the spots was a little messy.
