Chocolate Cake, buttercream icing and scrollwork, fondant flowers and fairy. The wings are just rice paper. Glitter dusted the whole cake, but it doesn't show in this picture. I made the icing between the layers pink to match the flowers and add a nice surprise for the customer.

Nope...she's all fondant. Rolled out, cut shapes, layered the eyes, petal dust for the blue of her eyes and Americolor gels for the lines of her hair and face and body.
