This was an angelfood cake w/home made whipped cream icing. Got it as smooth as I could. Was a request by a grandma for her granddaughter's 11 bday. She LOVES angelfood but she wanted me to make a "prettied up" one. Wasn't sure how much I could get away with for decorations. Royal Icing flowers, buttercream for leaves (whipped icing colored bleeds a lot faster than the BC)...fondant horses. MIddle section is a cake board covered in fondant to cover the hole of the angelfood (used dowels to support)
