Royal Roses
The design theme for this three tier wedding cake was taken from a royal wedding cake. All the flowers are crafted from sugar paste these being 300 in total. Pillars and arches were made from pastillage. The bottom tier was a rich fruit cake, middle and top tiers were Madeira.
