25Th Wedding Anniversary
This is the first time i've done anything remotely resembling a wedding cake. I am very proud of how it turned out. 3-tier, 2 tortes per tier. Top and bottom tier white chocolate cake with raspberry filling. Middle tier bittersweet chocolate cake with white chocolate-rum whipped ganache. BC icing, RI flowers

believe it or not, the roses are actually a deep purple. My dad had a difficult time color-correctin the photo.
Sorry, I'm a newbie. What keeps the balls from going into the layer they sit on? Dowels? You did a great job!
the globes are hollow and they rest on 1" columns. Check out Wilton's website - they're great!
