I'm sorry I don't know the name for Platinum paste in the US. It dries like porcelain and I used it before for modelling fairies if that helps? :D

Wow.. did you make the elephant too...amazing job!!!

no! the elephant is made of china. it was brown originally. i sprayed it gold,glued on some jewels and put flashing lights in the cavity. BUT. My next challenge to myself is to make an elephant from icing. Watch this space!!!!
