I made this chocolate chip heart-shaped cookie cake for the father of the little guy I baby-sit. He is a Fireman. I wanted the guys at the firehouse to know how much we appreciate what they do for us day in and day out, and especially wanted them to know that, all over America, we will never forget the huge numbers of their fellow firemen who sacrificed their lives to save others on that fateful Tuesday, 6 years ago, today.
