Community College 50Th Anniversary

Local community college's 50th anniversary celebration cake. They wanted a showpiece type of cake with gold and some green accents. Four layer cream cake with rasberry IMBC and rasberry fruit fillings. 6, 9, 12 and 15" tiers. All decorations were handmade from fondant and gumpaste. I really enjoyed making these cakes (I made additional cake for the catering staff to cut in the kitchen).

WOW! the gold swirls look amazing. i love how they stand off the cake for a 3d look. you did a wonderful job giving them a showpiece cake- once again, beautiuflly clean details.
