Swiss White Choc. cake with strawberry filling. Buttercream and my first try at a buttercream transfer. Not that great but I couldn't find a piece of glass/pexi glass so I did it on a cookie sheet and I couldn't see what the finished product looked like until it was on the cake. Nice thing is this was a for fun cake that I made just for the purpose of practicing a new technique.
