I made the wings from poured sugar. Just find a good lollipop recipe and use a spoon to spread the sugar on a silicone sheet. I used a tear drop cutter to make the petals. I layered them with little balls of paper propped under the petals so that they could dry with some lift to them. Once dry, add the next layer of petals.
