Great idea...My daughter is a PA-C and will be graduating in the spring with her Masters degree. I will have to do a cake for her, thanks for the inspriation! :wink:

Thank you everyone! I was actually quite disappointed with this one. :oops: It wasn't horrible, it just didn't turn out how I envisioned. I know lots of changes I would make next time. It went over quite well at the graduation though! :) The otoscope was the graduating student's idea (among many). He wanted something besides the standard single sheet with a logo in the middle.
How could you be disappointed??? This is an awesome cake.
